About Us

EMS Maintenance Services are a Midland based company that offer a reliable building maintenance service to the retail and industrial sectors.

Our call centre is manned by a professional experienced team that allows EMS to provide a 24/7 service, ensuring a swift positive response from a uniformed multi skilled workforce.

At EMS we understand that each business has different needs therefore it is our policy to deliver a responsive and flexible approach to cover all fabric building works on a day to day or contractual basis.

EMS operates from a fleet of 20 vehicles from a Midlands base, giving easy access to the motorway network M6, M1, M40, M42 and M5.

Health & Safety

All of our operatives have continual ongoing recognised training, specifically health and safety related, including NEBOSH and UK PIA.

This allows us to cover the entire spectrum of building trades from petrol forecourts to high street retail outlets with the appropriate trade certification.

This approach has earned EMS a class 'A' Health and Safety accreditation with one of the UK's leading petroleum companies.
